Only Hospitality Match involves suppliers in the buyer selection process. You can recommend buyers if you wish, then help us screen the full list of applicants. In the final pass, you’ll tell us which buyers you’d like to meet with personally.

The 20-minute time slots give you just enough time to answer product questions, learn about the buyer’s needs and get acquainted—then take notes for follow-up later in the day.

Hospitality Match guarantees a minimum of 20 meetings with FF&E buyers—the most for your investment, regardless of the number of reps you send. There are 24 meeting slots in the schedule, and in some cases you may have two buyers at your table in a given time slot.
